I think you can export your watchlist from https://www.icheckmovies.com/settings/import-export

and later import to SIMKL here: https://simkl.com/apps/import/csv/

You can Export movie lists (to CSV) and then use the https://simkl.com/apps/import/csv/ to import them to Simkl
