Mark watched first episode of a show
In the mobile app, I can mark an episode as watched from the Watching list. Nice! But it doesn't work for the first episode of a show: It doesn't open the expanded view with the Mark as Watched button, but immediately opens the show details where I have to manually go to the season list, then the episode list, then mark the first one as watched. Only after that will the quick mark watched feature work.5 votes
Mobile Website vs the Mobile App
The mobile website is very aesthetically pleasing to look at but the app is so bland and boring by comparison, I included a side by side pic. Itd be nice if the app was updated to look like the mobile site. Also, please add a way for us to update our watching from the homepage of the mobile site. Currently on the mobile site you have to tap on a show and go to another page to update your watched episodes but we should be able to do that right from the homepage. Underneath each show on the Watch Next row of the homescreen there should be a button we can tap to mark an episode as watched just like how it is on the mobile app. Also when saving the mobile website to your phone's homepage there is no "refresh" or "reload" option to reload the page after you update an episode, you have to close out of it completely and reopen to get it to refresh

Right now you can add the website to your Home screen which will work as an app on your phone. Here’s how:
iPad or iPhone
Launch Safari app. *Please note that this does not work from the “Chrome” app.
Enter into the address field the https://simkl.com URL of the website you want to create a shortcut to. Tap Go.
Tap the icon featuring a right-pointing arrow coming out of a box along the top of the Safari window to open a drop-down menu.
Tap Add to Home Screen. The “Add to Home” dialog box will appear, with the icon that will be used for this website on the left side of the dialog box.
Enter the name for the shortcut using the on-screen keyboard and tap Add. Safari will close automatically and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPad’s desktop.
Android widget with to do list
Can we get an android widget that can give us quick access to our list of shows that are left to be watch.
Should update when a show airs and allow for us to mark shows watched straight from the widget.

Season Episode Numbers on Next
Show The Season and Episode numbers in the data for the next section of TV Shows. It would nice to see what season and episode is next without having to go into the show. Putting this data below the show title would be nice to have just as a quick glance without having to open the show to see what episode aired or is coming up next on the mobile app. This data already shows on the calendar on the web.8 votes
it would be nice if you could swipe an episode, left to right = seen. right to left = unseen.4 votes
Improve the mobile application
Add the same features that the website has into the application, right now it's simple and unstable, there's always cliches and crashes.6 votes
Android navigation improvements
In the Android app, swiping left/right should navigate between the tabs (seen/aired/next for shows, year/dvd/n for movies).
Would also be nice if swiping back on movie/show details to go back.9 votesplanned · 1 comment · Mobile apps · Admin →

iOS 1Password login integration (with GitHub link)
Please add 1Password login support.
I routinely get logged out, don’t know why, and I use an email and ungodly long password that I keep in 1Password. It’s kind of a PITA to nav to the email login page, flip to 1Password, copy email, flip to SIMKL, flip back for the password, then flip to SIMKL.
Bonus annoying is usually I’m trying to open the app and search for something in my clipboard. Obviously this doesn’t work when I discover I got logged out.3 votesAdminAndrew Masyk (Founder, Simkl) responded
Hi Jeffrey. could you please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org in what app do you log in, or website and in which OS\browser. Have you tried connecting your Facebook or Google account in login settings so you don’t have to enter the password?
