Hi SIMKL team! Could you add support for HIDIVE to the SIMKL Chrome extension, including tracking watched episodes and importing saved shows?
I’m aware of an existing request titled “Hidive Integration?” at (https://support.simkl.org/forums/264009-top-ideas-from-the-community/suggestions/50632565-hidive-integration), but it was submitted under “Website Improvements.” I’m posting here because “Chrome Extension – add and vote which website to track” seems like the appropriate category for this request. If these requests should be merged, please feel free to do so.
I’d love to see support for:
- Automatic episode tracking: Mark episodes as watched in SIMKL when I watch them on HIDIVE.
- Watch history import: Import previously watched episodes from HIDIVE’s History page, so existing progress carries over to SIMKL.
- Watchlist syncing: Import saved series from HIDIVE’s Watchlists page into SIMKL’s “Plan to Watch” section, including shows I haven’t started, and automatically sync future additions.
For watchlist syncing, I mean adding a series to “Plan to Watch” as soon as I save it on HIDIVE, without needing to watch an episode first.
Ideally, imports would skip duplicates and preserve existing watch progress and statuses, so saving a series wouldn’t reset a show already marked as watching or completed.
This would make it much easier to keep my HIDIVE watch history and planned shows organized in SIMKL without manually searching for and updating each title. Thank you!
