I created a custom list for this to manually order the top 30 or so recommendations by what I wanna watch the most. Just name lists something like "Watchlist TV" and "Watchlist anime", copy your actual watchlist into it, then you can even sort it by runtime or rating to help you decide what to to give priority to, and then set it back to "my position", drag and drop to reorder. Works like a charm.

This can be achieved by creating a Custom Collection list and manually arranging the titles in your preferred watch order using drag-and-drop.
You can then set the sorting option to “My Position” to preserve the custom sequence.
Or are you referring to having a Custom Position sorting option available directly within the user’s My Watchlist?
