Crunchyroll ↔ Emby 2-Way Tracking & Sync
I’d love to see Emby support some form of watch history and watchlist syncing with Crunchyroll, either natively or through a plugin. A 2-way sync system would be incredibly useful:
Crunchyroll → Emby: Anything watched on Crunchyroll updates progress inside Emby.
Emby → Crunchyroll: Anything watched in Emby updates the user’s Crunchyroll history.
Sync watchlists, continue-watching positions, and episode progress.
A feature like this would make managing anime libraries much easier, especially for users who alternate between streaming and local files. Even a one-way sync from Crunchyroll into Emby would be a huge improvement.
This kind of integration would bring Emby in line with modern tracking expectations and help consolidate anime watching into one place.
Just putting the idea out there for consideration.
