hey :) ive been a user a long time. and after some years of trying to find a good website for me this is the best one. there is one thing i would like! i rewatch many movies and series even anime. but i cant put it in that ive watched it twice. i know it would be a big update, but i think its worth it. that you could somehow put, rewatched where you can choose watched, dropped it, hold. then there would be a rewatched, and endless count on rewatched times.

when you then press rewatch button, there will be like a new page where you can press the episodes youve seen.

  1. the menu where you can see every movie and such youve seen. it should have like a new line where it says what number time you are watching the program.

  2. i should be able to rewatch as much as i want, not only rewatched once.

  3. i should be able to remove a episode from each rewatched; when you click on rewatched or somthn. a menu with all your rewatched from that spesific series should come up. and you could change that, the second time you rewatched it i forgot to see an episode. but i still rewatched it again after that. if you get it.

I am planning to create some sort of edit interface where it would be possible to enter the number how many times you re-watched and to reset the marked episodes. In idea stage right now. But currently no plans to keep a history of both times you watched the same episode only the last watched date would be saved.

    Since you only have a few options to choose from, and you may only pick one (watched, plan to watch, dropped etc), it would be neat to have a button similar to the Favorites button, which allows you to add a movie or show to an additional list. The Re-Watch list.

    This list would permit you to still have the movie marked as watched/favorited, but allow you to easily track what you would like to watch again, without interfering with any other lists. Handy if you plan to watch those movies with friends or something.

    I dont think there is any Anime Dedicated sites that provide rewatch feature?

    Hopefully, waiting for SIMKL to add this, in the future :)

    I recently re-watched a film and found that there's no way to mark it as re-watched. This is crucial data for this kind of service to track. Other services can, and Simkl should too. It's sorely missing and it's been over five years since the idea was posted. Please try and make this feature a reality! Hire who you need if it's necessary. I don't mean to over-exaggerate, but it does make me question if I made the right choice to move here if I can't keep a history of my viewings.

    Finally, I must disagree with the choice to not keep a history. We should be able to mark the film / episode as re-watched, have its watch date updated, and see all the previous times we've also watched it and when. That would be ideal.

    Dear SIMKL team! When is it coming out? It's the only feature that stops me from using your service over Trakt.tv! It has been in planning for a very long time :(

    Bieng able to track and see how many times you have watched the season/movie. not just for you but also other people can see it as well

    Absolutely necessary to keep improving the app accuracy, and as I commented in reddit, don't forget to make it able to also mark individual series episodes not only movies or complete series, cheers

    A button for tv shows you watched twice so you can keep track howmany episodes you watched.

    Seeing how many times I'd watched a TV show or movie was the reason I started tracking my watching, and why I signed up for Trakt in the first place. This is a very much needed feature for me.

    This is probably the one feature from Trakt.tv that I miss the most. It was a pain to add viewing information on that site, due to needing to select a specific viewing date, but I still liked the idea of being able to record the number of times that I watched a particular program.

    Be able to keep track of how many times you've watched an episode - i.e. be able to mark the episode watched on more than one occasion. I like to know how many times I've ever watched a programme, I often watch my favourite series more than once and I'd like to be able to know how many times I've watched overall. Same with films.
