Add an option to hide tags as spoilers
I just spoiled the light romantic movie for myself by accidentally reading "cancer, death" under it. I'm sure it was suppose to be a twist of sort and not something I know going into the movie. So it would be cool to hide tags as other spoilers, or something like that.
