When I'm searching for new movies/series to watch, I wish it was easier to find them at the beginning of the story... what do I mean by that? In a nutshell, I just mean that I would love to be able to filter out all sequels. Why? Because right now, my user experience looks something like this:

1) I run a search for something new to watch... that is to say, I filter out everything that is "on my list".

2) I order the results by average user rating.

3) Now, let's suppose, just for the sake of the example, that I don't like the anime series One Piece. Therefore, I add season 1 of One Piece to my list, just to make sure that I don't see it anymore when I run future searches.

4) However, for several weeks afterwards, I keep seeing One Piece in my search results (because there are so many seasons).

5) And now, we multiply the irritation that I just felt by a factor of several hundred, because obviously I'm not just irritated by seeing One Piece again and again and again... in fact, I'm seeing HUNDREDS of series that have multiple seasons, pop up again and again, despite me having been quite clear about not liking that series.
