Hide watched (not completed) shows
I have a large collection of shows that I have seen all of the episodes of, but that have not finished airing. They take up too much space on-screen and keep me from seeing all of the stuff I still have to watch.

In V2 Beta, there's an option to hide all shows where your progress is 100% for aired episodes. These filters can be saved in a custom layout.
