How can we improve Simkl?

    You can import lists from all popular platforms including trakt in Custom List Create\Edit interface using the Import tab. Please be aware that you can also create Auto Lists can be easier to create and are auto updatable.

  5. Letterboxd import bug

    I may have found a bug with letterboxd import. After importing, many movies I have marked as seen, don't have my ratings from letterboxd attached, so, simkl was able to find the movie, but then couldn't automatically attach the rating from the letterboxd file. This isn't that big of a deal though. I did find some examples of where it rated something automatically upon import, but incorrectly. For example, the movie Fast Five I have rated 4 stars on letterboxd, which would be 8/10, but simkl put my rating on it automatically as 4/10. What is weird, though, is that…

  10. Sync SIMKL calendar with GOOGLE

    Allow our SIMKL calendar to appear in Google Calendar, It'll be synced and updated every time.

    This feature is possible by using the Add URL of calendar in Google Calendar.

    Every SIMKL account would have his/her own calendar LINK to export to Google.

  13. Import/Sync with Kitsu (Hummingbird)

    This should be straight forward, they have a pretty decent API: https://github.com/hummingbird-me/hummingbird/wiki/API-Reference.

    Now extremely awesome would be not just import, but a sync feature (this is possible with the API). I realize you might not be interested in supporting this but I would love you for it :)

    Simkl now supports importing trakt history at https://simkl.com/apps/import/trakt/ and individual custom lists import from track when creating a new custom list at https://simkl.com/lists/

    Good news! We have updated how we handle international TV Shows when importing episodes without English titles and now are importing the ones without English titles as well, showing them simply as “Episode 1”.

    Starting with Korean Dramas we have updated more than 2000 Korean TV Shows and imported thousands of episodes. Korean Dramas are becoming pretty popular and we wanted to make sure you can follow them and get episode updates as well.

    Discover them by selecting the “KR” country filter in genres for example here’s a list most ranked Korean TV Show Dramas: https://simkl.com/tv/drama/kr/all-years/ – filter, sort and follow them as you wish!
